Arrival and departure

Camp begins with orientation at 4pm on the first day, and ends after breakfast on the last day.

Campers should arrive between 2pm and 4pm on day one and be collected by parents or guardians between 11am - midday on the day of departure.

Accompanied Travel

We offer an accompanied travel service from London which can be added when making your booking. This will be via coach, departing from Stratford on the first day of each session at 2pm and returning to the same location at 2pm on the last day of each session, traffic dependant.

Full details of drop off and pick up will be in the parent packs sent out in June.

Airport Transfer

For those flying in, we offer a Heathrow airport transfer on the first and last day of each session which ties in with our accompanied travel from London. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this option.
